Privacy and data handling.

Who operates this website?

Domotica is the trading name of Aardiv Solutions Pty Ltd, ABN 56 646 319 726. Contact contact@domotica.au with questions about your information.

Information you provide.

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, postcode and a short description of your project. Property type is optional. Please do not include passwords, access codes, security layouts or sensitive personal information.

How we use your enquiry.

We use these details to respond, assess project fit and discuss the services you request. Valid enquiries are passed to our hosting email service for delivery to contact@domotica.au. Acceptance by that service does not guarantee inbox delivery; if you need to follow up, email us directly. Your chosen email provider also processes messages you send directly.

Website operation and service providers.

The website does not use analytics cookies or third-party advertising trackers, and it does not save form contents in a website database or application log. Our hosting and email providers process website requests and correspondence to provide their services. Hosting access logs may include IP addresses, requested pages and timestamps. These providers may process information outside Australia.

Submission limits.

To reduce automated submissions, the server keeps temporary request counts using a protected code derived from the connection address. The submission-limit file contains no enquiry text or email addresses. Expired address entries are removed when the form is next used.

Keeping and accessing information.

Enquiries and subsequent correspondence are held in our business email system. We keep information for as long as needed to respond, manage requested work and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or to raise a privacy concern. We may need to confirm your identity before acting, and some records may need to be retained.

Contact us.

Send privacy requests or concerns to contact@domotica.au, describing the information or issue involved so we can respond.
